We've been thinking about remodeling our master bath for quite some time, but it looks like it's a necessity at this point. Our bathtub is over the kitchen & this morning after taking a bath the ceiling started leaking. The tub looks like it's starting to sink & the tile around the tub isn't in great shape.

Nee to gut bathroom, replace tub with shower wet sand pan(size of tub) replace glass block window, shower surrond, tile on floor and half of walls outside of shower area. Electrical work incudes bringing outlets to code and new fan unit. New sink possibly a vessel. Bathroom is very small, 8x5.

Two bathrooms, one full, ond half which need updating. Old tile (plastic) walls need to be removed and replaced with wainscoting (Lower) and painting on upper walls.
